I’m not sure about you, but I often lose resolution within a few months. Priorities change. can not help. That’s life. That’s why for the past few years, I’ve been taking life as it comes and deciding to make short-term resolutions only. (one month or 2 month type).

My goal for January is to get the diet back on track. Seriously, I’m following the no-carb South Beach diet plan in January. I cannot believe that I have decided to make such an open statement. Actually, it’s good. Someone once told me, if you want to be successful in a goal, declare it openly. 🙂 I did!
