South Beach Diet 2 Week Menu – Here are our favorite South Beach Diet recipes to try this New Year. These low-carb, low-sugar, high-protein recipes are also delicious, healthy, and easy to prepare.

I’m not sure about you, but I often lose track of solutions within months. Priorities change. can’t help it That’s life. it’s not So, in recent years, I decide to take life as it is and only make short-term decisions. (one month or 2 month type).

My goal for January is to get the diet back on track. Seriously, I’m going carb free for January and following the South Beach diet plan. I can’t believe I decided to make an open statement. Actually, that’s a good thing. Someone once told me, if you want to achieve a goal, make an open statement. šŸ™‚ I just did!

New to the South Beach Diet? This is a low-carb, low-sugar, high-protein diet with lots of fresh foods, lean protein, and less processed/sugary foods. Instead of bread, pasta or sweets, the idea is to fill your plate with low-carb, low-sugar foods. In this way it is a great way to cleanse the body, regain strength and lose weight.

The collection contains 20 of my favorite South Beach Diet recipes right now. (Some bonus breakfast smoothies). I will update it with 10 new recipes as the month progresses. You can pin this page and use it as a reference throughout the month.

Note: Some recipes are based on quinoa. Keep in mind that quinoa is not carb-free. When I cook a no carb meal.. I use cauliflower rice instead of quinoa or zucchini or portion control to limit portions.

What To Eat The First 2 Weeks On The South Beach Diet

The following is the list of foods (ingredients) recommended in Phase 1 of the South Beach Diet. (Always exercise portion control as overdoing anything is never good.)

Note: All recipes listed below are or may be Phase 1. Replace the non-Phase 1 item with one listed above. E.g. Instead of rice or pasta, replace the pasta with cauliflower rice or zucchini. Use white meat chicken breast instead of chicken thigh meat.
