South Beach Diet 2 Week Meal Plan – Here are some of our favorite South Beach recipes to try this New Year. Low carb, low sugar and high protein recipes are delicious, healthy and easy to prepare.

I don’t know about you but I tend to lose track of fixes within a few months. Changing priorities. Can’t help it. It’s life. Is it a lie? So from the last few years, I decided to take life as it comes and make short-term decisions. (seems like a month or 2 months).

My January goal is to get my diet back on track. Seriously, I’m going carb-free in January and following the South Coast diet plan. I can’t believe I made the decision to make an opening statement. In fact, it’s good. Someone once told me that if you want to succeed in any goal, create an open letter. 🙂 I just did!

Are you new to the South Beach Diet? It is a low carb, low sugar and high protein diet with fresh protein, fat and refined ingredients/sugar. The idea is to fill your plate with low-carb and low-sugar foods instead of bread, noodles, or sweets. It is a great way to cleanse your body, restore your energy and lose weight while exercising.

Now the collection is my favorite 20 recipes South Beach. (a little breakfast bonus). I will update this with 10 new tips as the month progresses. You can pin this page and use it as a reference throughout the month.

Note: A few recipes are based on quinoa. Note that quinoa is not carbohydrate-free. When I eat vegan.. I replace quinoa with cauliflower rice or zucchini or portion control to reduce work.

Tip: All recipes below are part 1. Replace the non-Part 1 ingredient with one of the items listed above. For example: replace rice or pasta with cauliflower rice or zucchini noodles. Use white meat chicken breast instead of chicken leg meat.
