Slim Fast 321 Diet Results – As you can see here a few weeks ago I started the SlimFast 321 plan for 2 weeks. It’s a very easy to follow plan that consists of 3 snacks a day, 2 meal replacements and 1600 calories in the evening.

Yes already! I was surprised how well I stuck to this diet which I think is a combination of a big healthy dinner along with lots of snacks throughout the day. I love saving one of the 3 snacks for later in the evening when I start to feel peckish, especially if I have an early dinner with the kids. I also think snacks are attractive and they are chips and chocolate always a plus.

I have to say that I really like all the SlimFast based food that I have eaten, obviously there are some flavors that I like more than others but for me the chocolate milkshake is heavenly although I also like the temptation of vanilla and caramel. The snacks were all delicious, especially the Cheddar flavored bites and the Heavenly Chocolate Delight snack bars. Meal replacement bars are all good.

Liquid Lunch — Real Life

Not! I just think because of the amount of snacks I have every day, I shouldn’t go more than a few hours between meals. I know that in other diets where you only have one snack a day can leave you craving food between meals. I find a 600 calorie evening meal generous and often eat a 300-400 calorie meal, then I will also add yogurt and fruit for dessert.

I really like this and it really gives me a boost to lose even more. I feel better, my diet is more organized and my clothes are a little looser. I feel very inspired to continue with SlimFast, even if I only take a few days, enjoy a glass of wine and a pizza! I have bought some breakfast shake powders and I just need to take some more and I am ready to go back to try to lose more weight in time for the summer. Ideally I’d like to drop a few dress sizes, but I’d rather take it slow so I can lose weight later.

SlimFast has always been a success for me and is a diet that suits me, my lifestyle and my eating habits. The plan, sometimes known as the “1-2-3 Plan,” involves replacing two meals a day with a meal replacement shake, smoothie, or bar.
