An alkalarian is often a vegetarian, but a vegetarian is not always an alkalarian. The same goes for plant-based whole foods. WFPB can be vegetarian and alkaline. Alkaline is mostly vegetarian and WFPB. A vegetarian is not always a WFPB.

A vegetarian diet is one that does not consume any animal products; No milk, meat, fish, honey. It is a diet that is primarily concerned with animal welfare and the environment. A vegetarian diet is entirely plant-based. You may have heard that a plant-based diet is good for your health, but a vegan diet isn’t always healthy. I’ve met a lot of fast food vegetarians, as I like to call them. They still eat a lot of sugar and processed foods. For example: Oreo cookies are vegan, but we all know they’re not good for your health. Most of the bread is vegetarian. Bread often fills you up and often clogs the intestines. Or what about fake meat? Highly processed food with lots of chemicals. So being vegan doesn’t always mean healthy.

Someone following a plant-based diet may want to avoid all animal products and anything processed. A WFPB dieter makes everything from scratch and technically uses no oil. These include olive oil, cold pressed coconut oil, hemp oil, avocado oil, etc. These foods are a whole food.

Alclarion, on the other hand, uses butter (always cold-pressed and not heated), makes everything from scratch, and tries to avoid all forms of sugar, mold, and yeast. All kinds of sugar means fruits high in sugar like mangoes and pineapples, yeast means fermented foods and mushrooms, and yeast means fermented foods and yeast breads.

Alkalarians are designed to balance the body’s pH to avoid stress. Blood pH is always around 7.365 and the body does everything it can to maintain it. When eating highly acidic foods (eating foods with a low pH), the body must do its best to maintain the correct pH of the blood. He needs to get rid of acidity. It works better if you don’t stress the body with unnecessary substances and drink a lot of water. So, naturally, the acid leaves the body through defecation, urine, breathing and exhalation.

But what if we eat only sour foods, don’t drink enough water and don’t do sports? The body becomes acidic. For example: The body needs to drink 36 glasses of water to neutralize 1 glass of coke (pH 2)…. This high acidity leads to health problems; From lethargy to diabetes to autoimmune disease.

Why did I say alkaline is mostly vegan and WFPB? If you look at the Alkaline Foods Chart (Subscribe here for the Alkaline Foods Chart) you will see categories of foods: Very Alkaline, Very Alkaline, Moderately Alkaline, Neutral, Moderately Acidic, Very Acidic. Eat at least 80% very, highly and moderately alkaline foods. 20% neutral and moderately acidic foods. And avoid 100% highly acidic foods. But under moderately acidic foods, you’ll find seafood and goat cheese. This means that Alclarion is not completely vegan or WFPB, as seafood and goat cheese can make up 20% of the plate.

But for the best health results, it is best to eat the least acidic foods. Especially because of sea pollution, our fish and often goat cheese is not 100% goat cheese and is also highly processed. The same goes for vegan cheese, which is also a processed food. So I rarely eat these foods. I eat fish when I have no other choice, which is usually when I travel. Most importantly, I know how to deal with acid and get it out of the system.

For Alkaline, maintaining the body’s alkaline-acid balance is paramount to maintaining good health. The fact that this life is very animal and eco-friendly is a big plus.
