Military Diet And Workout – 3 day military diet is very popular for fast weight loss! I was talking to my friend Tracy about wanting to lose some of the dreaded vacation pounds and she suggested I try the 3 Day Military Diet. Her husband is in the military so they lose weight before gaining weight and it works! He lost 10 pounds so I thought I’d give it a try. It’s only 3 days after all. I also added the 30 Day Plank Challenge to my routine. It works!

Boy oh boy do I have news for you!!! I know there are many people who still use this 3 day military diet. I have found this to be a great way to lose weight fast! However, this is not a long-term solution. I feel like I’ve tried every diet with little success at first and then not much. I have to tell you about a new diet called the ketogenic diet! This is a low-carb diet that focuses on high fat and moderate protein. Hello bacon and eggs for breakfast!

I’ve been on the keto diet for 7 months so far! 7 MONTHS! I have never planned so long in my life! That says something in itself. The food is delicious. true. This is a well! I don’t feel hungry (or hungry). I have less work. I don’t have brain fog. I didn’t know I had brain fog until I started the keto diet. I also have a lot more energy! No afternoon nap. It completely changed my life! We have been told for the last 20-25 years that fat is bad for you, and it is NOT! Lose 10 Pounds In 2 Days: Can You Do It Without Starving Yourself Along The Way?

My whole family is Keto now!! We can still enjoy an amazing selection of food while being healthy! Dinner: 3 ounces of meat (any kind), 1 cup of green beans, 1/2 banana, 1 small apple, and 1 cup of vanilla ice cream.

IMPORTANT TIP:  I had a hard time eating tuna. I just added this seasoning and it was so good! Now I save the calories from the mayo I used to make and eat it with the same seasoning all the time! Her husband loves it too! It’s the only spice that makes it delicious!

Dinner: 3 ounces of meat, 1 cup broccoli, 1/2 cup carrots, 1/2 banana and 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream.

Lose 24 Pounds In Just 14 Days

(You can add a little salt and pepper to the eggs and meat) After 3 days, you will return to normal eating. (I recommend that you eat a healthy diet, otherwise you may gain the weight back).

You can then repeat this diet 4 days later (a whole week, 7 days in total) and continue until you reach your target weight.

My Thoughts:  Day 3 I was very hungry. I didn’t eat ice cream because I try to avoid sugar. I added cream to my coffee so I thought it was a piece of ice cream. On the third day, I cheated by eating a few extra crackers. 5 extra crackers to be exact. :-/  But I still lost 7.5 pounds!

Honestly, I don’t think the 3 Day Army Diet is a good plan to stick to every week, but it’s a great way to get the energy and motivation you need! That’s just my 2¢ worth.

I’m on the Paleo plan and I love it! UPDATE:  I love the Paleo plan. I have lost an additional 10 pounds in just 14 days since starting. Check out Paleo meal plans, grocery lists, and recipes here. I loved starting the military diet, but I really love how I eat on the Paleo plan because I’m not hungry and my cravings are gone! Sugar and carb cravings are my biggest weakness!

Water Tips:  Remember to drink plenty of water. A general rule of thumb is to take your current body weight and divide it by two. Take it all and drink that many ounces of water a day.

If you want to know how many 8 ounce glasses of water you should drink per day, you can divide that number by 8 to get the total number of glasses you should drink. (In this case at least 9 glasses of water a day)

Note:  Water usage is just a general rule of thumb. If you exercise, hot days, etc.
