A great and easy low-iodine diet for dinner Baked chicken breast with olive oil and fresh herbs, along with homemade sweet potato fries and roasted broccoli.

To make the chicken – place the chicken in a pyrex dish, drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then sprinkle with dried and fresh herbs of your choice. Bake in the oven until the juices run clear.
