Birth control pills (it does not do much for my skin everywhere, just mess with my hormones like crazy). By mid-2016, I finally gave up gluten for good and focused on gut health / everything anti-inflammatory. I gradually started to switch to non-toxic products for body + hair and home care. My hormonal acne still gives me a lot of stress so I tried spironolactone at the lowest dose of 50mg. In early 2017, I returned to therapy, having come out of a toxic relationship to heal and mourn the loss of my father, my skin was better. Then I started a business, started my business and my health got worse because of #startuplife which made me lose consciousness. My skin is getting worse and it’s so embarrassing for those who run 3 businesses around health.
