Many of us want to look and feel our best every day… and that starts with what we eat. Many people achieve excellent results following the Keto diet. However, common food sensitivities include gluten and dairy.
Gluten Free Diet Vs Keto
I started eating keto when I was pregnant and dealing with gestational diabetes. It was a way for me to focus on eating healthy fats and protein… without spiking my blood sugar with extra carbs.
Paleo Vs. Keto: What’s The Difference?
After I had my baby, I realized that I really felt better eating keto. I had no loss of energy after eating. I also didn’t crave sugar so it was easy for me to stick to the keto diet. Plus, I just wasn’t hungry while eating keto.
When I started researching food sensitivities, I discovered that along with gluten, dairy is a very common food sensitivity.

Many of the recipes I’ve shared before can easily be modified to be dairy-free by using dairy-free alternatives.
