Every week I share new meal plans to take the stress out of keto meal planning. As a general rule, I stick to simple recipes that don’t require hard-to-find ingredients. Many of the recipes are one-pot meals that can be prepared in 30 minutes or less. The few exceptions are slow cookers, which are easy to pour and cook. This meal plan is designed for people who love good food but don’t want to spend hours preparing difficult keto meals.

These easy Keto Steak Rolls are packed with flavor. Skirt steak wrapped in green beans, peppers and onions, only 4 carbs per serving! This is probably the most labor-intensive recipe on this week’s menu and can be made in just 30 minutes. This recipe serves 4 people, each steak roll has about one carb.
This Keto Sausage and Kale Skillet is ready in less than 20 minutes and has less than 6 carbs per serving! As a bonus, if you have leftovers, serve them with a fried egg on top for a killer Keto Breakfast Hash! This recipe makes 4 servings.
Day Meal Plan Keto Diet Plan Easy Low Carb Keto Friendly
These easy keto pizza bites are topped with Italian sausage and mozzarella! Perfect for keto meal prep and less than 1 carb per bite! I serve them with a low-carb marinara like Rao, but I recently discovered a low-carb version of Ragu, so check your local grocery store for a low-carb/no-sugar-added sauce. This recipe makes 30 bites.
This Keto Coffee Frappuccino is great for a keto breakfast or snack. With less than 2 carbs, you won’t believe how good a Starbucks knockoff tastes!
If you’re new to Keto, try my favorite Sausage Egg and Cheese Bites, which have less than one carb per bite and are perfect for meal prep! One of my favorite easy low carb dinners is this One Pan Cauliflower Casserole. It’s super easy, cheesy, and delicious, and has less than 9 carbs per serving. Some other favorites: Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies, Pimento Cheese & Bacon Stuffed Peppers, and Sausage & Cream Cheese Cataventos!

The whole point of the keto diet is to get into ketosis. However, this is not something that happens overnight.
In general, a low-carb diet for two weeks is a good start. It takes time for our bodies to adapt to the keto diet.
Low Carb Is Lekker
Keep in mind that this may not be an easy transition. For example, some people try the Keto Flu << Read more about it here.
However, make sure you are always hydrated and getting enough electrolytes. It helps with keto flu symptoms.
As your body begins to break its addiction to carbohydrates, sugar and processed foods – you will lose weight.
Don’t worry about restricting calories at the beginning of your two-week keto diet. This is unnecessary and not recommended until you start shaking things up after a few weeks on a keto diet plan.
Calorie Keto Meal Plan: Full 14 Day Menu
Creating your own plan may be easy, but it’s not for everyone. Also, if you think you can do it – sit down and find keto-friendly recipes and then write a keto menu plan for the week.
Most importantly, macros are important on a ketogenic diet. For example, the fat/carbs/protein/calories in this recipe.
Also, if you find a recipe that doesn’t have a macro count, you can enter the ingredients into an app like Cronometer or MyFitnessPal to get the macro and calorie count.
However, to make things really simple at first, we’ve created an example 7-day keto meal plan for you. I hope you enjoy this and find it helpful in your new keto journey.
Pescatarian Keto Diet: Definition, Food List, And Meal Plan
Remember that this is a transition plan. For example, he is not perfect and neither are you.
In general, on Keto you want to stay within a certain macro range, this plan is pretty close but not exact – but that’s okay because you’re going along with this 7-day Keto meal plan sample.
After following this plan, try to reduce carbs if possible. Maximum 20-25 per day.

TOTAL DAY 1 KETO MACROS: 1169 calories, 94g fat (71%), 28g carbs (9%), 59g protein (20%), 8g fiber
The following recipes follow the 7-day keto meal plan above. But if you want to add a snack where there isn’t one, then add it. For example: olives, avocados and nuts/seeds are high fat snacks. Plus, you can make keto fat bombs too!
1. Make a dough by cracking an egg and mixing well with 2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil. Mix in the almond flour and stevia. The batter will be slightly thicker than regular pancake batter.
