A week in and lost almost 8 pounds. I don’t follow every step of what to eat. I mix a lot of things to my taste and I changed chicken to fish because I like it more. Without counting calories. I use any kind of dressing on my salad. Also don’t have boiled eggs, sometimes I will fry them to my taste. I have been struggling with my weight loss belt for almost 8 weeks and this has helped me start losing weight again which I am very happy about. I also included intermittent fasting which was very helpful. I will update again shortly after this week and next month to see if the weight is still coming off to see how much I have gained.
