I mentioned that when all the food came in, I got overwhelmed. That seems like a lot of food for just two weeks. But once I read the meal plan everything seemed more doable.
I didn’t even have to think about what I was going to eat that day because it was already planned for me, for two whole weeks!
I liked another part of it. All the food I ate was easily microwavable. I never spend more than 5-10 minutes preparing my food before eating it.
It’s definitely possible when you’re busy. I didn’t even have to take out the pots and pans!

Now that you know everything I liked about it, let’s talk about what I didn’t like.
The small portion sizes were my biggest pet peeve for the food. It helped to have meal replacement shakes with my meals to fill me up, but they were also too small.
I’ve been on some thermogenic fat burners before because it usually reduces my appetite when I start a new diet. I’ve had a few of these in the morning and haven’t had a problem with my appetite. Between taking these and drinking enough water.
