Now, I’m not saying these aren’t good, I actually have them in my closet. However, the easiest and cheapest form of detox is right now in your kitchen.
You see, a good detox is simply a natural diet that helps your body rid itself of toxins. Our bodies are amazing and already this help is always going on, if only you can help it.
This is a great thing to do after any unhealthy period. I don’t believe in restriction because it leads to overeating. Instead, enjoy your favorite foods while eating healthy.

This smoothie is a great example of something you can drink to make you feel better, maybe after a few heavy meals.
Especially if you or your family is on a special diet, a green detox smoothie is the perfect way to inject essential vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
