If you’ve been following along for a while, you know that I’ve been posting vegetarian meal plans every Saturday for a long time.

Well, I’m excited to introduce you to a new meal plan that’s been around for a long time!

After much thought, I decided that I wanted to stick to a meal plan that was closer to the way I actually eat.

I have many vegan and vegetarian followers, but the truth is that I am nowhere near plant-based. I wanted to provide a valuable resource for this area of ​​my audience, and I’m so glad I was able to for so long.

Whole 30 Meal Plan For 30 Days!

While I absolutely eat a ton of vegetables (like 6 pounds per day) and the occasional meatless meal, most of what I eat includes animal protein and is close to a paleolithic diet.

Simply put, meat, vegetables and rice are where I thrive, and most of my recipes reflect that, I can only assume that most of my audience eats the same way I do.

Honesty and clarity are very important to me, so when I fell in love with a plant-based meal plan, I felt I had to live up to my eating style.

If you love vegan meal plans, you can access the old ones in my archive (I certainly don’t delete them! You have a lot to choose from). Other women I made meal plans with are still doing them, so if you go to their blogs you can find new vegetarian plans.

I’m collaborating with my friend Natalie Perry, who writes the blog, Perry Plates, to plan this. You may recognize Natalie’s site and name, as I have mentioned many times on this site over the years she is a friend of mine!

Natalie is a two-time cookbook author, mother of four, lives in Idaho with her husband and children, and creates whole foods-focused recipes. We share the same food philosophy and rely on an all natural whole foods diet

Each meal plan has six meals and one dessert. We’ll provide a printable grocery list so you can easily plan your meals for the week. We will post a meal plan every other Saturday, and it will be around midnight
