For less flavor, you can replace some (or all) of the water in this recipe with the sauce of your choice (beef, chicken, vegetables, etc.).
And if you must have carbohydrates, try to add potatoes, but be very small; If your goal is to lose weight, I would recommend 1/2 cup or less of potatoes or other starchy foods.

Regardless of what adjustments you make, remember that the soup only works its “miracles” when you stay as close as possible to the basic recipe. The more ingredients you add, the more you will get to that goal.
