Candida Diet Phase 1 Recipes – The Candida Diet was originally published on August 7th, 2019. As you all know, I’ve been talking about dealing with Candida for a while. There are many symptoms that one can have and everyone is different. The diet is very strict. Candida feeds on sugars and starches (including grains) so both need to be eliminated. Being on the diet for so long I got the hang of it and found some delicious recipes to share with you guys! First, I want to talk about what you can and can’t eat while on a diet. These are my most popular recipes. I love making them for dinner and putting raw honey on top. And if I have leftovers, I’ll use them to make an egg breakfast sandwich in the morning. I would like to try the suggestion of adding cinnamon and vanilla to make a snickerdoodle-like cookie.

The Candida Diet Part Ii

This has become one of my favorite quick and easy desserts when I’m in the mood for something sweet. Sometimes (mostly) I add a teaspoon of cocoa. I also make it without sweeteners because the fruits are sweet enough for me. Sometimes I just make stevia drops. Candida Diet Pancakes

This is one of two pancake recipes that I make. This is done in combination. I just don’t like them. The arrowroot powder gives an aftertaste, but you can’t tell when you combine it with frozen fruit. Cauliflower Tortilla

I’m not a big cauliflower fan, but I will eat it with rice and other recipes. These are pretty good and stay in tact. Snickerdoodle Cookie Dough Bites

I dreamed of this bread. It has the perfect amount of lemon and coconut. Paleo Lemon Cookie Dough Bites

I made these for Reika’s birthday (for me, not hers). They are delicious. So thick and not too sweet. These are sweetened with honey and other ingredients. For the frosting I used part cream of coconut milk and added some almond butter. Chocolate Almond Dough Cookies

This recipe can make many different cookies depending on their additions. I add coconut and I love it. Would love to try almond too. I actually used honey instead of coconut blossom sugar. I also use BochaSweet! Coconut Flour Pancakes

I made this once when I needed a hamburger bun and it was perfect in a pinch. Of course I replaced the butter with coconut oil. Thai peanut sauce

This recipe does not contain peanuts or peanut butter. It’s actually almond butter. This is my favorite sauce. I know the process by heart, I have done it many times. Unfortunately, I found out that I am allergic to garlic and used onion powder instead. I also don’t add sriracha because of the ingredients.

Even if you don’t have Candida, many of these work for Paleo and Keto diets! And as you can see, I have a sweet tooth.
