These grains and artificial grains are less likely to irritate the gut than gluten-containing grains such as wheat or rye. Small amounts are fine, but it might be better if you stick to options like millet or wheat, at least to start.
Red foods are poorly digested and tend to increase the pH of the environment in your gut. Keep the meat as white as possible.

Decaf coffee still contains a little caffeine, but look for decaf made with the Swiss liquid method. Green tea also contains less caffeine than coffee or black tea, and has other health benefits.

Bake for 30 minutes, until the apples are soft. Remove the tinfoil and allow to roast uncovered for 10-15 minutes, until the crumble is slightly toasted.
