With any meal plan to reduce bloating, read it and replace certain bloating foods with others that you tolerate well. Everyone is different – so no one (even one) meal plan will reduce bloating for everyone.
For example, in the meal plan above, I would probably eat scrambled eggs with whole wheat toast for breakfast (because I know I can tolerate them well), and I would also replace the banana with “nice” cream (a big banana is time consuming for me) with a slice of fresh fruit like an orange .

I don’t know anyone who wasn’t bloated. You can’t avoid all the food triggers every day, and sometimes we just want that spicy doughnut.
