Welcome to all! So today something is a little different for you, a3 week weight loss plan – but don’t worry, I’m still doing my weekly training. If you want to check out my sportswear look this week, just keep reading below!

My girlfriend is getting married at the end of this month and she asked me what to do in 3 weeks, what to prepare! I gave my honest opinion: limit carbs, drink plenty of water, and eat often. He asked me if it was too late to start lifting weights and if I should stick to clean bar classes and the orange theory, which was basically exercising the body but not lifting weights.

Of course I told him it’s never too late to lift. I think a lot of women think you gain weight when you lift, especially by lifting heavy weights, which you don’t. To reduce body fat %, you need to increase muscle mass, which is done through strength training and consuming enough protein, nutrition, etc. Carb reduction can help with fat loss, as excess carbohydrates that are not immediately used/burned are eventually stored as fat.

Proven Ways To Lose Weight Without Diet Or Exercise

Extra cardio or an extra HIIT session per week can also help you burn and lose fat, especially if you have a “debt day”, but remember the 2 main things are 1) strength training and 2) nutrition.

Here are some “rules” that I follow during the 3 week weight loss that I follow if I have an event where I want to look good “outside”;

: I would count how many carbs you eat on a typical day, and reduce them based on how much you usually eat. If you eat over 180g, reduce by 40-60g. If you eat 120g – 160g reduce it by 20g for the first week. Over the next two weeks, reduce this by 10% more each day. If you don’t normally track your calorie intake in my Fitness Pal, I strongly encourage you to do so! You want to eat the same amount of protein as your body weight, if not a little more. But I think tracking carbs is more important during these weeks, so you can always just track them instead. In general, you want to keep the protein high, reduce the carbs, and whenever you reduce the carbs, you want to increase the fats, because it makes sense!

Clean and eat often! You want to keep your metabolism high by eating often and never feeling hungry. On the weekend you can eat 1 small cheating meal and always drink a glass of dark wine.

I would suggest drinking about 100 ounces, especially if you’re doing HIIT, because you want to stay hydrated. Water is also an important part of losing fat, so don’t skip this part!

Every Monday I plan my weekly plan. I’ve included some lunch ideas above about what I usually eat. I would change them to your macros, which is why I don’t include “how much” on your plate.

On Wednesday: you want to take part in the activities! Make sure you also do cardio if your class doesn’t include it!

Challenge: If you feel up to it, do cardio! But don’t overdo it – know when your body needs rest. I love stretching and rolling in a wetsuit every day.
