Then create your own meal plan or use one of ours and head to the grocery store to get the groceries you need.

Once you’ve stocked up on all your supplies, you’re ready to start your diet. Stick to your diet plan, exercise, drink lots of water, drink lemon water and green tea and you will be fine with this diet.
